Hello fashionistas! Getting back to you after a two-week break when I was very busy at work and very tired in any left free time. So I was trying to switch off a bit and avoid being online almost 24/7. The heat and humidity seemed to be never ending. I believe you were checking out some Chic Cocktail news and style inspo on the social networks – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest.

The outfit was shot during one of those extremely hot days. It is a minimalistic look. The fabrics are light. A long skirt belongs to the top trends of this summer and this is definitely not the last time you are going to see me wearing a full length piece. My long black skirt has pockets which add a bit of playfullness to the look. The summer hat matches this mood perfectly since it has a black ribbon with cute white dots. A summer hat is an essential accessory to protect my face&head from the direct sun in summer. As you might have recognized from my pale skin I do not like to expose myself to the sun. And I always use a sun protector with high SPF!
