A close friend of mine told me recently when we were walking in the woods: “I love autumn! Maybe even more than spring. Autumn is my most favorite season!” And I completely understand. Autumn is pretty. I prefer colder months as well.

But you already could learn this in one of my Summer 2015 posts. I might have also mentioned that besides the reason that I feel better when it’s cold than when’s too hot, I confessed that I’m really excited about the layering options in colder months. It’s such a fun! I love textures like wool, cashmere, leather…
Please, don’t stop reading this post if you feel the opposite. Because even if you might hate the colder months of the year, I would like to show you the amazing combination possibilities you have. You might thus fall in love with autumn and winter for its fashion!

For instance, you can start wearing a wool floppy hat which is so trendy now. And it feels so soft! I love it. I got my black wool hat in Primark. To keep myself warm I’m wearing a beige knit cardigan and a I’m wrapped a black knit scarf over that. It’s useful if you style your knit scarf and pin it on your back so it holds. Mixing different fabrics works in fashion. So I usually opt for contrasts. This time I’m wearing a fine fabric short pleated skirt. It’s red and I match it with a red lipstick. Anyway, I got used to wear my Alarm shade Rimmel Long Lasting Lipstick almost every day to lighten up the neutral tones of my outfits.
Hope I can bring you some inspo and I’ll be back with another autumn fashion tips very soon. Have fun!
