One of the investments that is really worth is a cashmere sweater. However, there might not be much to choose from in the nearest chain stores, I am afraid. Secondly, quality might differ plus you know what terrible things customers do with clothes when taking it off a rag or just trying on with make-up on etc. And you probably want this soft new purchase to be perfect. Pick different fabrics into your outfits in fall/winter and you are trendy. The key ones are fur and leather clothes. Combine them with fine fabrics such as silk, chiffon, cashmere and you are on your way to success. Only be careful not to bring more things of one fabric or pattern than one.
